ANDREA SHIRK is the leader of a new kind of live event crew. As President + CEO at Rock Lititz, Andrea focuses on building a uniquely collaborative, state-of-the-art live event destination. Her dedicated team has been breaking new ground within the industry as the campus continues to grow. Andrea comes to Rock Lititz with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and multiple product development and program management roles in her resume, having worked in leadership programs at both Lockheed Martin and Bose. In 2013, Andrea took the lead at Rock Lititz, where shows could come from around the world come to practice, train, build and structure their tours, and where crews come to learn, grow and find their production community.

BRENDAN GRAY is the principal designer at Brooklyn-based Gray Matter Visual, providing production and lighting design for all manner of live events, shining the spotlight on artists, products, presenters, causes, and more. His career began backstage in high school and for over 25 years has included theatre and concert touring, television, awards shows, corporate events, and more. He loves the mix of people and technology that makes the industry great and is excited to share some lessons learned along the way.

JEN CORSILLI has more than 15 years of live music industry experience in event management, marketing and booking. Currently works as Director of Marketing and Programming for Live Nation Northeast focused on booking the Mann, Skyline Stage, Freedom Mortgage Pavilion and arenas in the region while developing new business and handling project management for large-scale festival events. Jen Corsilli has been the instructor for Venue Management in the Music Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology program since first establishing the course at University of the Arts in 2015. The course presents students with an insider look at the world of the live music industry from the venue’s perspective while offering students the opportunity to learn the language of producing live events, including box office and production terminology, basic artist booking deal structures, marketing concepts, venue calendar management and much more.

LEE MORO serves as the Senior Vice-President of Live Productions, USA for Solotech, a global leader in audiovisual and entertainment technology, commencing his role in 2019 after initiating his journey with the company in 2014. Prior to joining Solotech, he held the position of Director of Touring at Meyer Sound for seven years, assisting in the development and support of their products. With a career spanning over 30 years as an Audio Engineer and Production Manager, Moro has worked alongside many internationally acclaimed artists, amassing profound insights into the orchestration of large-scale tours and events such as ike Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, P!nk, Michael Bublé, Hugh Jackman, Chance the Rapper, Mumford and Sons, Madonna, and many others. Solotech's foundation is built on the dedication and skill of these remarkable individuals, an aspect that Moro continually praises and appreciates.

Marisa Rinchiuso (she/her) currently works as the Project & Operations Manager at the Academy of Live Technology at Rock Lititz. Since graduating with her BFA in Production Technology, she joined TAIT as a project manager and has worked on tours such as The Weeknd, BLACKPINK, Blake Shelton, and Justin Bieber. While continuing her work in the live events industry, she is also pursuing her MSW and MEd. Marisa is passionate about creating an industry that fosters growth and holistic support for live events professionals and their loved ones. She is also serving as Accessibility Coordinator for LIVE EVENT CAREER EXPLORATION.

MARTY HOM is a seasoned Tour Manager and Director in concert touring. Since first embracing the role in 1985 for Bill Withers, he's worked for music legends, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, Barbra Streisand, Stevie Nicks, Beyonce, Shakira, Lionel Richie, Van Halen, Olivia Rodrigo, and more. Marty has been a foundational influence in the live event industry, being named among Pollstar’s Top Tour Managers in 2019. He is one of the founding managers involved in the upcoming industry event THE CONFERENCE : LIVE at LITITZ , hosting it's second year on the Rock Lititz campus in December 2023.

RACHEL PFENNIG HALES is the Experience Manager at Rock Lititz where she focuses on building up the live event culture on campus, and creating a voice for the industry. She grew up a “theatre kid” before starting her career with a brief stint in television production before finding her niche in live event production. Rachel was able to start her career touring around the world with the Black Eyed Peas, and then with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Always a fan of a classroom, Rachel has BAs from DePauw University, an MA from National University and an MFA from Goucher College. RONNIE STEPHENSON is owner of Creative Production Partners, a full service production company offering clients detail-oriented, experience-driven support. From logistic advances and travel planning, to tour budgeting and artist support, Ronnie and his team will jump in wherever needed. With a roster supporting artists like Cardi B, TLC, Rick Ross, The Jacksons and more, Ronnie is excited to share his experience with the next generation.

SHAUN CLAIR started with the company on a full-time basis in January of 2007 after graduating from Penn State University in 2006. He settled in as the Engineering Coordinator in 2009 after spending two years on tour with The Police. Shaun’s focus has been on growth, and in 2010, he took on the role of Business Development for Clair Global. With a clear vision to merge the creative and technology worlds, Shaun assisted leadership as Clair Global diversified both in market and product offerings adding backline, IT systems and communications across the Corporate, Festival, and Broadcast markets. In his current role as Vice President of Sales, Shaun leads a global team of account executives for Clair Global’s rental division.

SUZI MEYER overseas the business and property management for Rock Lititz as the General Manager of Campus. Taking care of people and keeping groups productive is nothing new for Suzi Meyer, the Business and Property Manager at Rock Lititz. With a BS in Psychology from Penn State and an MS from Shippensburg University, Suzi got her start in residence life. Taking her love of organization and community to the live event industry, she served as the Accounting and HR Director at ATOMIC Lighting before finding her home at Rock Lititz. Bringing insight and care to those she helps lead, the dedicated team at Rock Lititz aims to maintain an environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, support, designed to encourage passion and community within the industry.
