About this scholarship

A range of Live Event Scholarships are available for attendees of Experience LIVE.  These scholarships not only recognizes potential but also empowers aspiring professionals to shape the future of live events.

Scholarship recipients will be announced during the November Experience LIVE event at Rock Lititz. Must be present at this event in order win. To qualify, candidates should fill out application before the fall deadline.

Use the application to emphasis the ways you are already involved in the live event industry (theatre, community, school, etc) as well as the ways you hope to watch your career grow.

2025 SCholarship Information

High School
Scholarship

  • The 2025 Live Event High School Scholarship was created to support the next generation of live event industry professionals getting started in the industry. Presented at Experience LIVE at Rock Lititz, this year's award is sponsored by FREEMAN. 
  • This $3,000 one time, unrestricted award will be granted to one individual who has demonstrated potential in live entertainment.
  • Scholarship recipient will be announced during the closing session at Experience LIVE. Student must be present on November 5, 2025 to receive the award. Please send application to education@rocklititz.com.

COLLEGE + 
YOUNG
PROFESSIONALS

  • Various scholarships available for those attending Experience LIVE for College + Young Professionals. Please indicate which awards you are applying for in application. Applications should be sent to education@rocklititz.com.

    2025 will have FIVE scholarship winners:  
  • The FREEMAN Scholarship at Experience LIVE. This $5,000 one time, unrestricted award will be granted to one individual who has shown commitment and drive toward careers in in live entertainment.
  • Extend your professional network for a strong start in the live entertainment industry! This year, Solotech will be sending two young professionals to The Conference: Live at Lititz, hosted at Rock Lititz December 9-11. This sold out event draws touring pros from around the world to learn and connect, at estimated cost of $500 per ticket.
  • The 2025 Live Event College + Young Professionals Scholarship was created to support the next generation of live event industry professionals getting started in the industry. This $2,500 one time, unrestricted award, sponsored by Rock Lititz, will be granted to two individuals who have demonstrated potential in live entertainment.

    TO APPLY:
  • Ideal candidates should either be studying a career in the live event industry, have experience working in the industry or demonstrate a commitment to working in the live event industry. Enrollment in degree program not required.
  • Deadline for 2025 Scholarships is October 24, 2025.  
  • Scholarship recipient will be announced during the closing session at Experience LIVE. Student must be present on November 7, 2025 to receive these awards.
